Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product to us and we will be happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is in a fully resalable condition. Products should be returned in the original, undamaged packaging within 7 days. If the returned product is not in a resalable condition, Forward 2000 Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund or deduct a percentage off the original selling price from the refund.
Items returned due to a customer ordering incorrectly will result in 20% restocking fee.
