Repair process:
- Collect broken cable from customer, identify and allocate reference
- Send to workshop to inspect and advise cost to repair
- Proceed if approved – Return to customer if not
- Once repaired, cable is tested and marked up with relevant ID reference, packed and shipped back to customer.
Express repair options available upon request.
